Charming traditional farmhouse with seaview

Outside, the large 30 m2 veranda has been paved with local stone and offers sweeping views. The house is on a land of 300 m2 with a garden. The roof was recently rebuilt, as well as the external plastering. Windows, doors, and shutters are new, as is the plumbing. Many traditional elements are preserved, such as built-in storage niches, internal doors, and a plate rack.

You reach near to the house by road or walk along a nice path. The beaches of Paradisia and Kalotaritissa are just a short drive away. A mini-market and tavern are within walking distance.

Kolofana is an agricultural village located 17 km south of Chora. The population is small, and their livelihood is fishing, farming, and cattle breeding. The whitewashed houses are spread in the village and decorated according to the Amorgian traditional style. The nearest beach is the lovely beach of Paradisia.
The celebration of the church Agia Paraskevi, every year 25-26 July, is the biggest festival in the Cyclades and attracts visitors from all over the world.
