The land is in a magical and peaceful setting with the sea in front and surrounded by nature. It is close to the port of Aegiali and the beach but still off the tourist track. It’s on the road to Langada, about 1 km from the beach of Aegiali. The land is 4038.92 m² with road access. It has a building permit for two houses. One house is 74.91 m² and the other 74.93 m².

Aegiali is a charming bay area with the port village Ormos and on the mountainsides are the picturesque villages of Potamos, Langada, and Tholaria. Ormos has a long beautiful sandy beach, perfect for children and families. You can also walk or take the bath boat to some of the other beautiful beaches in the area. In the village and along the beach walk, there are a variety of restaurants, shops, cafées, and bars. In the port, the fishing boats are side by side, and it’s also moorings for visiting sailing boats.

From Ormos, it’s also easy to access a lot of walking paths with beautiful sceneries full of herbs and flowers that Amorgos is famous for.
