Land with a view Tholaria

Land 6064 m², 350 m distance from the village of Tholaria. You can build a house of 120 m² on one floor and it’s mandatory to build a water tank. The access is from the foot path towards the Kambos, the valley in Aegiali. It has a panoramic view over the sea and to the port of Aegiali. The land is delimited by old stone walls.

Tholaria is a picturesque mountain village whit narrow alleys and traditional whitewashed houses. It’s surrounded by mountains, with beautiful walking paths full of herbs and flowers. Here you get a unique opportunity to take part in the Greek village life. The locals still live mostly from traditional trades, and they are well known for their hospitality. Just outside the village is Vigla, the acropolis of the ancient city of Aegiali.

The village has several kafenion and taverns where they serve food from local products in a very cosy and friendly atmosphere. Tholaria is known to have the best fava (yellow lentil puree) in Greece, this because the soil is full of minerals and many locals still do the whole procedure by hand.
