The property is in the picturesque old settlement of Stroumbos. The land isn’t buildable and is only for agricultural purpose, it also has a water well.

Stroumbos is near Langada above the gorge of Arkalos along the walking path to Tholaria. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from Langada. The small village consists of 12 houses and 13 ovens and offers fantastic views over the bay of Aegiali. The ruins and stone houses are 300-400 years old. The chapel of Agios Nikitas stands out where you can sit in the shadow under the pine tree. Outside Stroumbos, following the path towards Tholaria, the walkers will find the chapel of Agia Marina, the ravine of Drys with flowing water, the chapel of Agios Panteleimonas and Panagia Epanochoriani.
